Long Time No Blog

For the past month, I have had too much life to live to post about it. However, today I had some news worth posting about. For the next four months or so, I will be the Band Director of Franklinton High School. It's a temporary position, and I think the opportunity is too hard to pass up. It will definitely be a unique experience that I'm looking forward to. Don't worry though. I'm still in school. I'm just doing all research work right now. So I'm a full-time teacher, full-time student, and part-time teaching assistant. That is so screwed up.

The other newsworthy items in my life are:

1) The cruise was stinking awesome. God willing, we will be going on another one very soon.
2) Christmas was fun. We had way too much food and visited Houston after the 25th.
3) We moved my brother into his new house. It's a really nice place in Watson, LA which is on the way to school.
4) I rebuilt the bathroom again. Hopefully, this time will be the last.
5) I finally got a home theater projector. InFocus, really nice, GREAT deal.
6) I won one of my fantasy football leagues. I'm really happy about that. It's the first time I've won in a league that I give a rat's behind about.

I hope to post about most of that stuff soon, but with the schedule I'll have this semester, Technical Duckery could definitely get a little lean.

I hope you are all having a great start to 2007.
